Privacy notice.
This explains what the Turkey Bowl Classic organizers collect when you register or use this website, why we collect it and who can see it. Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we collect
- When you register: your name, company, phone number and email address, whether you're an operator or a service company rep, and which sponsoring company invited you.
- At the door: when your ticket is scanned, so we know you've arrived.
- Sponsor reps who sign in: name, company, phone number and email address.
- Our hosting and email providers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses.
How we use it
- To issue and email your ticket, and to check you in at the door.
- To give each guest one ticket. If you register again with the same email address, we cancel the second registration and tell you to use your first ticket.
- To include the right event information in your ticket email for operators and service company reps.
- To let the sponsoring company that invited you know you've registered.
- To send you updates and reminders about the event.
- To count attendance and plan future Turkey Bowls.
We don't sell your information.
Who can see it
- The event organizers.
- Reps from the sponsoring company that invited you, for their own guests only. They can download their guest list as a PDF.
- If you register through a second company's link with the same email address, that company's rep is told you're already registered and which company you're registered with.
- The services that run registration for us: pretix for tickets and check-in (data processed in the European Union and stored in Germany), Supabase for our database (Canada), Resend for email (United States) and Hostinger for website hosting.
Because some of these services are outside Canada, your information may be processed and stored in other countries and be subject to their laws.
How long we keep it
We keep registration and attendance records after the event so we can plan future Turkey Bowls. Ask us and we'll delete yours.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Sponsor reps who sign in get one cookie that keeps them signed in. The registration form, run by pretix, uses cookies it needs to work.
